I've eaten here twice and both times were phenomenal! I really enjoyed their bubble tea. It is on the creamier side than other places. It was refreshing and had a nice sweetness. The tapioca pearls had a really nice consistency too. Chicken wings were good too. It had a good crisp and the flavor was nice. The ... General Tso's fried rice was a great meal! Unlike the chicken from the usual Chinese joints, the chicken from Poprice has more bites of white meat. The chicken was coated with a delicious sauce that wasn't too sweet. The fried rice was also good and contained a slew of FRESH ingredients like chili peppers, garlic, and scallions. I would definitely recommend this place! I discovered the Utica location a few weeks ago and have ordered at least twice a week since then. The food is delicious! The vegetables in the rice are fresh and crisp. The rice is the perfect texture and seasoned well. The Chinese broccoli is perfectly sautéed with just the right amount of garlic. I always order ... two of the firecracker dumplings because they are delicious with the sauce and chiles. And the black sugar bubble tea is perfect, not overly sweet.
